I Have A TOXIC Trait {{contact.first_name}}!

Can you help me out?

There's this toxic trait I have had for a long time now,

And it's really annoying to deal with because it has done a lot of damage to me and to my efforts.

And despite knowing this, I still seem to keep falling into the trap of this same toxic trait time and time again.

And before I tell you what this toxic trait of mine is,

You need to know that you probably also have this toxic trait, but you probably haven't realized it yet.

And if you can relate to what I am about to illustrate to you now, then "congratulations" my friend!

We are in the same wrong boat.

And here's my toxic trait.

Whenever I have an idea or a project to work on,

I subconsciously give it some prior thought (or mental calculation) on the things I would have to do -- or the actions I would have to take -- in order to achieve the result I want to achieve.

And many times, I know exactly what I need to do, but here's the problem.

Once I know the things I need to do,

There's this "voice" in my head that subconsciously keeps "telling me"...

"You can do these things in no time, so no need to do it now. Do other things first, you still have time."

Something around that point.

And it normally seems all fine and good, well until...

The Deadline Approaches...

And all of a sudden, my brain goes into "deadline mode"...

And I suddenly start doing a lot of brainstorming and engaging in a lot of activities in efforts to beat the deadline.

The sad part is that I do manage to get "some" results even from my half-baked efforts.

But I know that if given more enough time, thought, effort and strategic thinking/planning, I can will get MUCH better results.

So how do I get myself to stop procrastinating till the deadline...

So that I can start getting more results than the "half-baked" results I usually get from last-minute efforts?

Can you help me ?
