Hey ,

Today's email is going to be very short because of 2 very important reasons.

1. I have to quickly get to service today..

Currently, I am already more than one hour late,

And I still have to get home first before going to church.

So as you can see, I have to make this mail very snappy.

2. I need a new phone.

Lolz.

How does that relate to this mail being short right?

Don't worry... It will make sense in a moment.

You see, I have been wanting to get myself a new device this year,

Preferably a Samsung Note 10+ (Worth over N250,000 btw).

I know it's a long shot (for now), but a guy can dream right? 

Now, I don't know whether it is God trying to hear my prayer by taking this device out of the way so that the new one can come in, or if it is the devil trying to play pranks on me,

But about two months or so ago, my current phone's touch pad started misbehaving. 

The thing would just start touching by itself without me touching it, 

And of course, it interrupts everything I do with my phone. 

I have tried cleaning it several times... Heck, I clean the face every 10 seconds just to be able to operate my phone. 

I can barely type for a few seconds before it would start touching by itself. 

I thought the problem was from the screen guard, so I removed it. 

Same thing! 

I was very pissed off about it for as long as it lasted, 

But then it stopped. 

And I was glad that at least, I had my old phone back... Or so I thought. 

The bad news is, that malfunction has now returned. 

Currently, my phone is misbehaving, and it's a miracle that I have even been able to type up till this point without any interruptions. 

Bottomline? 

I need a new phone . 

But that doesn't concern you now does it? 

No it doesn't, 

But I just feel like I should let you know what is going on, because you're my gee. 

That said, I am just going to drop some small motivational sturvs for you before I go, 

And maybe tomorrow, if my phone's situation improves, we can continue talking about the Principles of Persuasion I have been talking about for about two days now. 

So here goes:

Always try to do what you know you have to do whether:

• You feel like it or not, 

• The odds are in your favour or not, 

• You have the right or complete tools or not, 

• The circumstances are favourable or not. 

I never thought I would write a mail to you today again, because my phone has been misbehaving today like I have been saying since morning. 

I had lost all motivation to write to you because quite frankly, it's not a fun experience battling with TouchPad problems especially while typing, 

But then, I decided to try doing it anyway. 

And look where we are.. 

I have been able to write up till this point without interruptions. 

Is God not good? 

If I had given up, I wouldn't be writing this mail now, would I?

Obviously not!

If you think about life very well, 

You will realize that sometimes, God (or if you like, The Universe) randomly occasionally allows each of us to encounter several challenges, obstacles and roadblocks on our way to success... 

I think, He does this to filter out the serious people from the unserious people. 

And if you are an unserious person, the moment you encounter problems, you will immediately cower and retreat back into your shell, 

And then you miss out on achieving those goals and dreams of yours ultimately. 

That's why a saying goes thus:

"Life doesn't give you what you deserve. It gives you what you demand for."

If you think life is going to give you everything you need and make things very easy for you to succeed, Think Again !

Sometimes, you have to stand your ground and resolve to succeed no matter the challenges life throws at you. 

You will find out that eventually, those things you thought were problems were actually just tests to build you and prepare you for the next phase of your life. 

I hope you get the message I am trying to pass across. 

Oh and by the way, just because I am motivating you today doesn't mean I am a motivational speaker, 

But like I always say, everyone needs a little motivation every now and then. 

So, here is your own dose of daily motivation from me. 

Make sure you use it wisely okay?
