Hey .
Yes, I know.
This is becoming a bad habit of mine.
Writing my mails at midnight (almost) and then sending them out the next morning.
But for now, I can't help it. It's the best I can do to avoid missing sending them out.
Without further ado, I will now dive into the topic of lead Magnets which in my mail yesterday (this morning), I said I would do today.
Like I said in that mail, a lead magnet is something that attracts leads to you (like a magnet) instead of you chasing after them all around.
Lead Magnets can be in various forms.
It could be an e-book, a free report, a webinar, a live WhatsApp class, a Twitter space/Instagram live/related session, and so on. And it is usually given out or done for free.
Here are the things you need to know when it comes to crafting powerful lead magnets.
1. YOUR LEAD MAGNET MUST BE VALUABLE.
Just because you are giving out the lead magnet for free doesn't mean you should craft a MEDIOCRE lead magnet.
Make sure the information contained in your lead magnet is actually valuable information that they can implement and get results from.
Remember, your content is what positions either as an authority, or otherwise. So give massive value. E get why.
2. IT MUST CATER TO THEIR PROBLEMS.
Sometimes, it's not just about giving value in your lead Magnets.
It's about the solution your lead magnet offers and what it means for your leads at that particular time.
Before creating your lead magnet, ask yourself.
What are my leads' or prospects' biggest problem right now, and how can I help them solve it right away?
Do enough research, and you will have the answer staring at you right in the face.

Or not.
WARNING! though.
Don't give everything away in your lead magnet.
Give them just enough information for them to get some visible results and trust you enough with their money.
Then craft an offer and sell them the complete solution.
The results they have gotten with the little information you have shared with them in your lead magnet will make them hungry for more results/solution to their problem(s).
And also, it will give them COMPLETE confidence in your ability to deliver on your promise to provide a solution to their problem, simply because you have done it already.
Pretty simple right?
Good.
3. IT MUSTN'T BE TOO LONG.
This one has to do especially with lead magnets in form of e-books and free reports.
I know you want to give loads of value, and I'm sure you will write tons and tons of pages and feel good about yourself.
Don't do it .
You will end up shooting yourself in the foot.
They won't read it. At least not all of it.
People have a very short attention span in this generation.
And people are very lazy these days.
So the moment they open your e-book or free report and see 50 pages, 100 pages, and so on, they will just close it and move on to the next interesting thing that comes their way.
I'm telling you from experience.
Instead, pick out the main points of what you want to talk about, especially the parts that brings results quickly, and emphasize on them.
Even it it is just 5 or 10 pages, it doesn't matter. As long as it is filled with more than enough value that can bring results.
4. LET YOUR FLIER BE FINE PLEASE!
If you want me to kneel down and beg you for this one, I will.
You may think that since you are giving it out for free, then you shouldn't have to spend much or at all on it, and you will now design a poor flier for it.
Hmmm... Better change that mentality fast.
A well designed flier COMMANDS ATTENTION, and ATTRACTS (the right kind of) leads.
So you need to invest heavily on your flier.
Its an investment, not an expense.
Get that into your brain.
Okay?
