Fuxk it, I'll just do it.

You see that demon called procrastination ehn?

When people tell you to stop procrastinating and get the job done,

And in your mind you keep calling them "motivational speakers",

You won't know understand why they are telling you until when you have something important you know you need to do,

And you keep procrastinating and at the end, you are unable to do that thing.

Matter of fact, when procrastination is done with you ehn, it would have made sure that you:

  • Lose a lot of opportunities,
  • Sabotage the few opportunities you have,
  • Miss out on making a lot of money,
  • Remain where you were (stagnant),
  • And that you become a bitter and miserable person for the rest of your life.

And I'm sure you don't want that.

It almost happened to me a few days ago.

There is a particular campaign I had been meaning to launch for some weeks or maybe even months now,

But I had been making one excuse or the other.

But after praying for divine direction, I was led to launch it on a particular date last week.

And the funny part is I had that leading for more than 2 weeks before the date,

But I did absolutely nothing.

I knew exactly what I needed to do, and yet I didn't do anything.

I felt I still had time.

Before I knew it, it was the week already,

And I became frantic.

I couldn't think of anything else.

I had to start looking for ways to set things in motion quickly before the time would elapse.

And the result was that:

  • I was unable to send you a mail for three straight days,
  • I was unable to complete some of the tasks on my daily to-do list,
  • I was seriously mentally stressed,
  • And I was almost unable to accomplish my goal for the campaign, if not for God's help and wisdom.

Again, all of these would not have been the case if I simply did not procrastinate.

And my advice to you today is this.

  • Don't procrastinate.
  • Do it now.
  • Don't wait till tomorrow.
  • Just say, "fuxk it, I'll just do it."

It's better to do it afraid than to do it later.

Sometimes, it's not better to arrive late than never. It's better to arrive early than to arrive late,

Because it's only the early bird that gets the worm.

That said, have a lovely day ahead.

To your digital success,

King Danisan™.
