You have to be very careful...

I don't know if you answered my question yesterday...

You know, the question about why ladies drool over guys that don't give them any attention.

But the answer is tied to a mysterious and crazy behavior and psychology of humans...

That is very difficult to explain why it happens, but very easy to channel it to help you achieve your goals.

And I will tell you the answer in just one moment.

But first, I want to apologise for my tardiness in sending you a mail for the past few days.

You see, when I wake up in the morning, I normally write a list of things I want to do in that day.

But somehow, some of those things manage to take up so much time, that there is hardly any time left.

Not to mention the unplanned and unforseen circumstances that can just hijack your day...

And before you know it, it's 11pm already.

Which is why I won't be going into the third Principle of Persuasion today.

But I'll tell you the answer to the question I asked you yesterday.

And the answer is just one word.

SCARCITY.

There is a very Strange and Unique behavior that humans have.

Yes humans can be really weird sometimes.

Because humans ALWAYS want the things they can't have.

And yeah, that sentence doesn't sound sensible at first thought.

But if you read it again and think about it, you'll know it's true.

That is the reason why whenever you tell someone that they can't have something...

Or that something isn't meant for them,

It only makes them want it even more.

Why does that happen?

The answer is Scarcity.

That is the same principle behind the perceived value of money, gold, diamonds, precious stones and the likes.

Once something is limited in supply, it increases the perceived value in the mind of people.

Money is just a piece of paper, but it is very limited in supply and quantity, which makes people want it.

And that's the reason why when a guy gives a lady very little or no attention, it only makes her to want him more.

Does that make sense now?

Good.

And how does this relate to marketing?

Simple.

If you give your audience the impression that your product is abundant in supply,

Sure some people will buy... That is if your product is valuable and solves their problems.

But the moment they find out that it is limited in supply, and that only a few people are able to get their hands on it,

Pure human and primal instincts kick in immediately.

And all of a sudden, it's the survival of the fittest.

Trust me, your supply will be sold out in no time.

That's how powerful Scarcity is.

But you have to be careful not to use it wrongly.

If you lie about Scarcity of your product and your audience finds out, they won't trust you anymore.

And it won't work on them again.

So be wise.

Now where are my sunflowers?

Have a great day today.

Daniel.
