I'm still alive {{contact.first_name}}.

Hey ,

I haven't sent your a mail since the last one I sent on Sunday, and I know you're probably wondering.

  • Did something happen to Daniel?

  • Did he travel?

  • Did he suddenly lose interest in sending me a mail everyday?

  • Did he run out of things to talk about?

  • Is he sick?

  • Did he die?

Lolz.. (You'd have to be a weirdo to think that though)

As much as I'd like to make a list of excuses to explain why I went MIA like:

  • The rain falling uncontrollably for days,

  • NEPA waiting for days for the wires to dry before giving us light,

  • Me having to do tons of emergency typing and printing work for the school I work for,

Or even the final nail in the coffin...

My phone's TouchPad "misbehavior" getting CRAZILY WORSE overnight,

I'd prefer not to dwell on them too much and just focus on the future...

Especially since you didn't bother to ask of me .

Anyway, after careful thinking enforced by frustration, I have finally decided to fix my phone this weekend...

I was hesitant to fix it earlier for reasons best known to fellow engineers like me (it's a simple reason really),

But it's no longer worth the struggle and frustration that not being able to use my phone properly has put me through for the past few days.

So there's that.

Today, I have nothing to share with you...

I just wanted to let you know that...

I'm still alive !

Oh, and one more thing...

I just wanted to resound to you again, one of the lessons from some of my previous mails.

PEOPLE ARE SELFISH!

I keep repeating this so that it gets engrained in your brain that....

Nobody cares about you...

Well, maybe with the exception of your parents, siblings, boy/girlfriend or spouse.

Barring them, no one cares about you, or your product.

No one cares about how beautiful your product looks, or how much time you put into creating it, or how many processes were involved in the manufacturing process.

All they care about is how your product HELPS THEM.

It's all about them not you.

This means that if you do your job (marketing) right, you won't ever need to beg people to buy your products.

Because you will be able to get them to see that they aren't doing you a favour by buying your products,

But rather, they are the ones to benefit from buying your product.

Great marketing positions you as the needed and not the needy.

Get them to see why they need your product.

Attract, not chase.

Perhaps, I may digress further on this topic some other time.

For now, have your self a nice night ahead.

To your digital success,

King Danisan™.

P.S: I have been receiving your responses from the questions I asked in mail before my last one.

If you are among those that responded, thank you for responding.

I have noted all the criticisms and suggestions.

If you haven't sent in your response, please do so as soon as you can.

Cheers!
