Top of the evening to you.

I'm sure just like most people did when the year started,

You wrote down some things like...

• The things you want to do this year,
• Things about yourself you want to change,
• New attitudes you want to develop, etc...

And you called this your own new year resolution.

Am I right or am I right?

If you did ONLY that, then congratulations.

You're no different from everyone else.

Because most people only write those things and end up not doing anything about them at the end of the day.

And in life, if you want to get different results from other people, then you have to do things differently from the way other people do them.

So let me ask you.

• Did you just only write down your goals for the year?

• Did you write down your plans to achieve those goals i.e how exactly you plan to achieve them?

• Have you started taking action towards achieving them yet?

• Or is it just the same as you did last year? Just vibes and cruise?

Well I certainly hope that is not the case.

But if it is, you should do something about it immediately.

Because a goal without a plan to achieve it is nothing but a mere wish or a fantasy.

So write down your goal (if you haven't), break it down and then write out the practical steps to achieving it.

And you can have different types of goals such as...

- Financial goals,

- Fitness goals,

- Skill goals,

- Spiritual goals,

- Relationship goals,

And so on.

So if for example you have a financial goal of making N1 million profit in the year 2023, write it down. That is your goal.

Now the next step is to write out how you intend to make the N1 million in 12 months.

The steps could look something like this:

- Sell a N20000 product with a minimum profit of N10000.

- To reach the goal you would need to successfully sell 100 units of that product.

- This translates to:

• 100 sales in 12 months or
• 9 sales every month or
• 2 sales every week or
• 1 sale 4 days...

And so on.

Assuming you are selling a physical product (using the rule of 1% conversion rate),

> To sell to 100 persons, you need to reach at least 10000 persons.

> And to reach out to that many persons, you need to generate leads or traffic...

> To generate traffic, you need to run adverts.

And so on.

Do you see that?

Now the goal is no longer just a figment of your imagination or something you are just thinking about.

It has now become something real that YOU can achieve by simply following the steps you have outlined.

Easy right? I know.

That said, I want you to just take a moment to reflect on your goals for this year.

Take time to write them down and follow the steps I have outlined here.

And most importantly, start taking action on them.
