I broke my own rule.

,

I wrote to you a few days ago and told you that you should always show up every day.

And that even on days when you don't feel like it, you should find it inside you to show up anyway.

But then yesterday, I broke my own rule.

And I could try to make excuses and tell you that:

• I was super (physically) exhausted because I had just come back from an intense journey (which was true btw),

• Or that I didn't have any inspiration to write to you.

• Or that I didn't feel like writing to you.

• Or anything in between.

But then it happened and I can't take it back now.

And it was about to happen again today.

But I won't let it happen.

Because like I told you, if you miss one day it's already bad enough.

But once you miss more than one day, before you know it you will stop showing up.

And you know how it goes from there.

If you stop showing up,

• You will stop making sales.

• You will stop making money.

• You will stop getting results.

• You will stop making progress.

It will affect:

• Your business,

• Your life,

• Your social life,

• Your physical health,

• Maybe even your mental health too (depending on whatever it is you have been doing).

Even worse, the positive effects of what you have done might start going down the drain for example if you have being trying to stay fit or build muscles.

I don't think I have to emphasize more on why you should not allow anything to stop you from being consistent,

Especially when you are already being consistent.

Because it is easier to start being consistent, than it is for you to regain your consistency after losing it.

With that, I'll end today's mail and then tomorrow we're going to talk about something more interesting.

I'm probably going to tell you a story of how I "wasted" some money, or not.

Let's see what the day brings tomorrow.

Till then, have a lovely night's rest.

To your digital success,

King Danisan™.
