Your opinion doesn't matter.

,

Welcome to the magic show.

For my first trick, I am going to...

Just kidding.

I'm not a magician.

And I don't do tricks either.

And yeah, I know you're wondering why I am starting off my mail like this.

Heck you probably think it's against the rules of copywriting or email marketing to start off an email like this.

Well...

You certainly have a right to think so.

And I won't judge you if you do.

Which is why my first marketing lesson for you on my return to sending you daily mails is this.

Your opinion doesn't matter in marketing.

And I know that sounds like I'm stripping you of your human rights (after telling you that you have the right).

But if you are going to succeed in marketing, then you need to separate your opinion from marketing.

If you don't, you will fail terribly.

Trust me, every Dick and Harry (including me) has their opinions about how marketing should be done.

But at the end of the day, it's not what they think or what I think that matters.

It's what people respond to.

Because marketing is not about you.

It's all about the market.

It's all about the people you are marketing or selling your products/offers to.

So from today, stop listening to your opinions or other people's opinions on marketing.

The only think you should listen to is numbers.

Test different strategies and let the numbers tell you what works and what doesn't.

Do that and you will be miles ahead of other marketers with opinions.

That's all I've got for you today.

See you tomorrow.

To your marketing success,

Daniel Enisan.
