Our challenge this week is about nothing. Wait...what? 🤨
Yup, nothing. Specifically, doing nothing. You might be asking, why?
I know. It's crazy but hear me out.
It's a practice that many people in the meditation community consider a core piece of their training. It's also the starting point for a very productive, less stressful day.
10 minutes of solitude and peace can also be the difference between a productive day and a totally wasted one.
With the constant barrage of social media, news, and the feeling like you just never have enough time, take a step back. Sit down. Breathe. Relax. Do nothing. 🧘♀️
