Do you use a standing desk?

For years I resisted getting one until I realized I was sitting waaaaaaay too much.

Finally decided to get an electronic standing desk but didn't like any of the desktop choices.

Enter my friend, DIY'er and fellow YouTuber Eddie of Field Guide to DIY. He offered to build a custom desk top for me in exchange for shooting and editing the video. DONE!

We bought some cool second hand wood at a reuse store and he built an absolutely beautiful desk top!

I'm so AMAZED at how it turned out and how much better I feel when editing and live streaming...heck just in general.
