Good morning !
Give yourself a hand, we have over 1,500 registrants! 😮😮😮
I hope you're enjoying your weekend and getting plenty of rest for the week ahead. There's a lot of stuff going on related to the event and I want to take a few minutes to answer some questions that have been popping up.
Many people have been asking how they're going to be able to access the event. The number two question is if I miss the live presentation, can I still watch it the same day?
We're using Zoom for our hosting software because it's functional and accessible for most people, even on mobile devices.
Each morning, before the sessions begin, you'll receive two emails. One early in the day and one closer to the event. Both emails will contain the link for that day's session.
You'll just need to click on the link provided in the emails to attend.
If you can't make it live, the sessions will be left up until the next day. At about 11:30 am EST each morning, we'll lock the previous days' sessions, and only the people who've purchased the All-Access Pass will be allowed to view.
Please note that the Notarize Demo set for Thursday, October 14th at 1:00 pm EST will not be recorded. Make plans to attend this session live, otherwise you'll miss out.
The good news is that we've added a guest speaker and a presentation topic that I believe is extremely important for every notary. One of our gracious sponsors, Clyde Heppner, will present on Monday, October 11th at 4:15 pm EST.
But wait, there's more! Five lucky registrants, one each day, will win a FREE copy of Clyde's Notary Integrity Journal (Amazon affiliate link), the best paper journal a notary could hope to ever own.
Also, please note that since Amy Seitz (Cyberize It, LLC) and Mike Cravens (IDology) are collaborating, we're extending the time for them to present.
So, here's what Monday's schedule looks like now:
Monday, October 11, 2021
11:45 AM Opening Session
12 PM Cyberize It & IDology Demo | Amy Seitz & Michael Cravens
1:30 PM Expand Your Reach with Marketing Automation | Tekk Amaku, Golden Stamp Notary
2:30 PM SIGNiX Demo | Steve Johnson
3:30 PM What Am I at Risk for as a RON? | Artrice Johnson, Notarized For You/BizInsure
4:15 PM Journaling for RON: Why You Need a Paper Ally | Clyde Heppner, Mobile Notary KC, Author of the Integrity Notary Journal
We should still keep the train on schedule and be done by 5:00 pm EST.
MORE GOOD NEWS: We struck a deal with Aretha Hughes, the creator of the Notary Sticky Pad, and we'll be giving away one sticky pad notepad each session! Thank you, Aretha!
TONIGHT'S BONUS comes in the form of an announcement. 🥁🥁🥁
In addition, to the sticky pads, the trustees of RON University have decided to allow the Dean of RON University to award twenty-five (25) RONU scholarships - one for each session!
If you're already a member of RONU, well, you're awesome for starters! But, should you win a full ride to your alma mater, then you'll be able to award the scholarship to whomever you deem fit.
It doesn't feel good to help people, it feels great! Especially these days! RONU may be a tiny campus, but it's outreach is powerful!
Don't forget our other generous sponsor, Sue Hope of NotaryAssist, will be giving away one free year of her software, a $95 value bomb! 💣 She has a couple of other goodies that you'll have to show up and see what all the fuss is about.
I'm going to lay my weary head down and get some rest! I have some catching up to do in the department, but that never works out. Here's me writing this email! 😂😂😂
'Night everybody!
John
