How is your 2022 going so far?

I hope and pray that you and your family are healthy and happy.

It is a brand new year indeed! Certainly, we all have goals and aspirations this year. We aim to achieve the peak of our careers, businesses, educations, and all our interests. We aspire to achieve greater heights in everything we do.

That is why I want to ask you, what is your word for 2022?

Your word for the year can serve as your guide for the entire year.

I've been doing this practice for a couple of years now and it made a huge difference in my life.

This year, my words are Better Connections (two words, actually).

Social connection is essential to our success because of so many reasons. Every individual in our life serves a purpose. Whatever the amount or shape of our relationships, one constant emerges: that we are innately and intensely social beings. We are wired to form positive connections with others. The fact is that connection and love are essential to our nature and thus our well-being. Therefore, the better we are at making and keeping healthy connections, the happier and healthier we’ll be.

How will you know your word for the year?

There are a number of ways. Let me share two.

One is to set your goals for the year and look for the dominant attribute or common denominator of all those goals.
