Happy Monday!

This day marks my first anniversary as project management supervisor in our company.

Ang bilis ng panahon noh?

I can still reminisce the day when my appointment letter was routed to the entire company. That was one of the happiest day in my career.

Pakiramdam ko noon, naibsan yung depression na dulot ng Pandemic. Imagine, after two months lockdown, pagbalik ko sa office, may naghihintay palang promotion.

Someone asked me, "What puts you in that position?"

If he's referring to a particular skill or attribute, to be honest, I really don't know. I'm just an ordinary employee then that is striving to be productive.

But you know what , hindi ako magsisinungaling, sino ba naman ang ayaw ng promotion?

If there's something that puts me in my position as supervisor, it's being a goal-oriented person. YES! It's simply the attitude of setting a goal.

How? Paano nakatulong ang goal setting sa isang promotion na di ko naman ine-expect?
