Hello ,

As business owners, we know how important it is to spend time working on the business, not just in the business. But with so much to do, sometimes that's the part that gets tossed to the wayside.

Some things I make sure and do:

1. Leave Fridays open as admin days- analytics, catch-up days, and get ready for next week.
2. Leave time at the end of each year for vision planning and goal setting.
3. Invest in coaches and masterminds to keep me motivated and have people to bounce ideas off of.

I have room for improvement, for sure, but every little thing matters...and I have just what you need to get started.
