Before the month starts, my team and I look at upcoming "hashtag holidays". What are hashtag holidays? Some of them are actual observed days (Labor Day, Day of Remembrance ect). Some are fun like National Pizza Day or Clean your Desk Day.

A couple of things to remember. You don't have to use all of them. But they're great to use as inspiration for what to talk about throughout the month, specials you can run, and fun you can have with your team.

Here are a few for the month of September that you can use. And here's an example of how to really get the most out of them:

World Beard Day:

Could you get a picture of everyone on your team that has a beard?

Could you get individual pictures and do a "Best Looking Beard Content" or "Beard that looks the oldest"

or

Some of these could be fun to run specials around, you could send out emails, create ads, and even have contests and giveaways around Family Day, Good Neighbor Day, and especially Tune-Up Day!
