Yesterday was my birthday! I'm one of those people who LOVES to celebrate anyone's birthday- especially mine!

I turned 37 this year so I thought it would be fun to share 7 things I learned!

1. There is a ton of value in your personal Facebook page. I post to it multiple times a day. It's great for my business, and my personal relationships. 10/10 recommend prioritizing that content
2. Eat more protein. I'm no nutritionist, but most of us are NOT getting enough protein. Protein gives you sustained energy, and keeps you full longer. I lost 35 pounds this year!
3. Consistency over everything. If you try to go hard, then burn out, then quit- that won't be beneficial. Come up with a plan you can commit to consistently, and do that.
4. There is a lot you can pack into 72 hours. I've taken several Wed-Fri trips this year, and I fit in work and sightseeing. It makes it quite enjoyable.
5. Break your yearly goals down by quarters and put them somewhere you can see them. It helps you stay on track.
6. Social media platforms are constantly changing, you have to change with them.
7. Trust that when you change- you will find people who you can still relate to. I am constantly evolving, and just when I think I'm alone- I turn the corner and see just who I need to see.
