I know I am. Especially being connected to 20+ Facebook accounts. This weekend they got completely out of control!

Luckily, I found I way to stop them 💃💃💃

If you have the new experience page, here's what to do:

From your phone

switch into the page

click the 3 lines in the right corner then click the settings icon

click page settings

click public posts

scroll down to "country restrictions"

click "countries" then add your countries (united states/canada ect)

arrow back

click "restriction type" then click show only to certain countries

Done and done
