If not, respond to this email with what is stopping you. There are so many reasons we struggle to get content out. This summer I went through almost 2 months of not posting! I got busy with clients, I got the shingles, my kids had field trips. The excuses were endless.

I went to a mastermind with a Tik Tok wizard and do you know what her advice was to me?

"Just post"

She told me not to make a big deal about it, don't over think that first video back, don't even acknowledge that you've been gone. Just post a video.

If you've been trying to figure out how to start your account, what that first video should be or how to get back in it, I encourage you to just post.

Speaking of...here are some trends I saw over the last 7 days!

Level: Easy

It's incredible!...Belt" Add text on screen that asks a common question your ideal audience might ask, then put the answer. You could mouth the words and then show video of the answer. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRfhgKto/ A great sound for relatable content. "Burn it...did I say stand there and look stupid? No, I said burn it". What is something your ideal audience wouldn't want to remember or keep in their possession? You could mouth the words or use a green screen to show a picture. Include text on screen to describe the situation. Example: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRfhsrF5/

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRfh7SSy/ mouth the words "push pop, I'm taking this home with me...is that ok". Add text on screen that describes what it is you saw. You can also use a green screen with pictures of what you saw. If you sell a product, it could be that. Or a tool you love in your business https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRfhCMgA/
