☕ Tuesday Tea - The Power of Three
Aug 27, 2024 12:45 pm
Dear ,
This month, I released the Designer to the Dead Collection, The Complete Trilogy. It contains all three Designer to the Dead books:
- Apparition in the Kitchen
- Phantom in the Family Room, and
- Creeper in the Sleeper
in one handy download.
You'll notice it's sporting a brand-new cover. Because the individual books are still enrolled in Kindle Unlimited, the collection is, too.
I hope your summer has been as wonderful (and as cool) as possible, but I cannot lie. I am beyond ready for fall!
The sights. The smells. The sensations. It's my favorite season by far, and with it come a host of drinks that are worth every sip. Sometimes, the drink itself doesn't need to be fancy in order to give you those cozy vibes. It can be as simple as a splash of lemon in spring, a dollop of honey in summer or a stick of cinnamon when the cold rolls in.
For autumn? I've become preferential to ...
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk or 2%)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the Mixture: Using a handheld frother or a whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy, but not as thick as whipped cream. You want a frothy texture.
- Serve: Pour the frothy pumpkin cream over cold brew, iced coffee or tea, or flavored milk.
- Sprinkle: Finish it off with a dusting of pumpkin pie spice (or omit).
This is good for about 7 drinks, but you can store it in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Just rewhip it before use.
Until next time,
Katie O'Keene ☆
