I know some people claim the winter holidays are the best time of the year, but I'd have to say, for me, that fall reigns supreme. The sights, the sounds, the tastes and smells.

You know I'm not a fan of coffee, but even I'm not immune to the allure of pumpkin spice lattes. Is Pumpkin Spice really the 'belle of the fall'? I'm not sure it really translates to tea. I've yet to find one that leaves me feeling special... and that's part of the practice of tea drinking, right? It's not just a flavor, or warmth, or quenching your thirst. It's rehydrating your soul with every sip. If a tea doesn't do that it simply should not be on your list.

For me? For now? I haven't decided. (Or should I say, "cidered"?) Apple, cinnamon, cranberry... I'm not sure there will be one winner. Full-flavor teas that can be savored are my go-to's at this time of year. What are your favorites? Please reply to this email to give me your suggestions!
