Happy Wednesday, everyone.

I've been making apple jelly and jam this week with a glut of apples from my dad's trees. It's such a therapeutic process because you have to be 'in it' the whole time, no distractions, otherwise you could end up with burnt sugar and a pan that is doomed for the garbage. Now I just have to decide what I'm going to eat it on... toast, bagels, porridge, scones. Any other suggestions?
