This is the last moon phase and another yin phase! It's a great time to relax and reflect on your efforts throughout this moon cycle.
Ideas for slowing down-- go for a walk just for the sake of enjoying movement and your surroundings, go to a cafe device-free, meditate or even just take a few deep intentional breaths, or meet up with someone you love, live or virtually!
Here are some ideas for reflecting on your experience:
- Did you achieve what you hoped for with your intention?
- Do you have any insight into why or why not?
- Has anything changed or come into your life because of this practice with your intention?
- What did you learn about yourself during this experience?
- Did you enjoy aligning the moon phases? Did anything about this surprise you?
- What would you do differently next time?
- Are any ideas coming to you for your intention for the next moon cycle (which begins October 6)?
My main guide to moon tracking has been the book Lunar Abundance by Ezzie Spencer- I definitely recommend it if you want to continue with following the moon! She also has a moon journal. The moon art throughout this series is by my mom, Bar Davi.
Treat yourself to $25 off your first order from Savvi. We have a whole rainbow of beautiful leggings (and patterned ones too)! They're all super soft, squat proof, and unbelievably comfy. Pictured above: crane leggings with stirrups! So fun.
See you soon for some chakra-balancing ideas!
xo, Katia
P.S. Sorry this email was later than I said it would be-- Saturday is actually the start of this phase. Yesterday, I went to the local market with my soaps and candles from Lather and Light Co. Here's a picture of my booth :)
