Now that 2025 has arrived so has some important changes for European travel. While a passport is required, both the UK and EU now have electronic visa requirements. A few reasons are behind this, one is border security. The other reason is to allow faster immagration processes and not having a passport stamped. As you may know, there is more and more bio scans used at the borders of many countries.

Effective January 8: All U.S. citizens (including children) traveling to or through the UK for tourism, business or short-term study for 6 months or less will require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). The cost is about $10

As for the EU, a visa will also needed but he rollout on this has been mired by delays. So if you are traveling to EU, get in touch with me to see where this stands. I now there have been technical problems and not all borders are prepared. https://etias.com/articles/etias-will-launch-6-months-after-ees-rollout,-official-website-updates

Viking Cruises has ordered two new cruise ships. The Italian shipyard will deliver the new ships by 2030. There are four other ships to be delivered in 2031 and 2032. The new vessels will be placed in the small cruise ship segment. Their gross tonnage is about 54,300 tons, and they will accommodate 998 passengers on board in 499 cabins. Let me know where you want to go!

We are in the final few hours to save $100 of a Sanctuary Mini Suite for Dec 6, 2025 aboard that all new Star Princess. I have be able to find my clients a Sanctuary Mini Suite, that included Premium beverages, WIFI, gratuities, access to the Sancturay Club and private dining room, unlimited Specialty Dining. All for $4338. A deposit of $1000 is needed to secure a cabin. Click is ticking, so don't delay.

I will continue to send emails out during WAVE season, so that you can get good pricing on your next cruise vacations. I also book land as well and I will send that information out too.
