As the year is winding down I wanted to extend to you a Happy Holiday Greeting. This has been a wonderful travel year for so many of you. Memories have been made and now you are looking forward to many more adventures on the high seas or rivers.

I want to touch base on the direction of cruising. There are several new ships coming into service this year and there are a few things that are standing out to me. With each new build of a ship, there more entertainment venues and experential dining opportunities. These ships were on the drawing board before the pandemic, and so the cruise companies 5 years ago was seeking a new direction. The Caribbean has the highest demand for sailing, and that should come as no surprise to anyone who lives in the north and looks for a winter escape. But so often people have been to many of the ports and see no draw to return. However, cruising is changing (I have been saying this for sometime) because guest are seeking many more shipboard venues! It is not so much about the ports of call anymore. So when I see all the new ships coming into service, this was planned several years ago and changing what cruising has always been know for.

There are still some cabins for out Client Appreciation Cruise Dec 7 -14, 2024 on the all new Sun Princess. There are so many changes coming with this ship, that even if youo have been to Western Caribbean or don't like that area, this ship is sure to please. As a matter of fact, many onboard venues are being trickled out, and from what I am seeing - all I can say is wow. If you or you know of anyone who wants to jump in on this sailing, please get in touch quickly. Cabins are going quickly!

Another new ship coming online is Icon of the Seas next month. This ship has quite the demand but our agency has been able to get some blocked space.

River Cruises companies have some great 'must book by Dec 31, 2023' savings. Viking has space in March and April that include FREE airfare! Imagine tulip season.

AmaWaterways is offering $300 shipboard credit and airfare for $899 all of 2024 voyages!
