A Season of Gratitude and Growth

Hello Dear Community,

It’s been a while, hasn’t it?

We took a collective breath this summer. Stepped outside, felt the sun, and let our yoga mats gather some dust. Now, as the leaves change, it’s time to reconnect—with you, and with everything we’re grateful for.

First, thank you.

Whether you were a student or one of the incredible teachers sharing your gifts, you’re an invaluable part of our journey. This message might be overdue, but our gratitude for you is timeless.

There’s always something to be thankful for. Today just happens to be the day we’re all choosing to say it out loud.

Personally, I’m forever grateful for Karma Teachers.

Back in 2015, the 200-hour teacher training changed my life. Not just as a teacher—but as a person. I even said it back then in a YouTube thank-you video: I’d do anything to help Karma Teachers, and that intention hasn’t wavered.

In 2017, I stepped into leadership. Our community had fallen apart, and we rebuilt it from the ground up. It was tough. It was challenging. But it was worth every moment.

After we moved 27 blocks east, Green Room Yoga welcomed us. Teacher trainings continued. Public classes carried on. We faced change head-on, and through it all, we held on.

Now, as 2024 winds down, we look to 2025 as the year we don’t just survive—we thrive.

We’re grateful for every graduate, every student, and every soul that has supported our mission.

Yoga isn’t just what happens on the mat. It’s a philosophy you live. It’s not a journey you can map out; it requires patience, trust, and openness to what lies around every corner.

Thank you for still being here.

For reading. For staying subscribed. For being part of this path with us. We’re working to root down even deeper—so you can keep exploring the path of yoga that resonates with you, and support teachers through partnership & collaboration.

With Gratitude,

Andrew
