Hi,

When it comes to hiring, most companies are looking for candidates with experience. As a student, this can feel like a chicken and egg problem - you need a job to get the experience that they are asking for.

Here are some ways to get around it:

  • participate in competition
  • work with professor's in lab at university
  • internships
  • and projects!

Projects are where you have most control and it requires a lot of motivation on your end. With LLMs like chatgpt, it is even easier to ask them for project ideas and then use it for implementation.

Another aspect is how to implement without spending on hardware, simulation! This way you also get an image or video at end to showcase your project. I mention few simulation tools and visualization tools in my latest video πŸ‘‡

πŸ’³ Credit Card - Capital One Venture X - this premium travel card is pretty straightforward- 2X earning everywhere. It does have a $395 fee but you get $300 travel credit and 10,000 miles to spend. As long as you travel once and spend atleast $400, this card pays for itself. Here is a referral link.
