When I went to grace hopper conference, the first time, I didn't know I had to sign up for networking events.

At the hotel next to the conference venue, there were about 12 ballrooms hosting different networking events and I didn't have an invitation from any of them.

Guess what? I simply went over and asked if there was a chance that I could walk-in. After a few no's, I got a yes. At the event, I met someone who referred me for a job.

So just ask.

📖 Book - The Secret of the Nagas by Amish Tripati - this is the 2nd book in the triology. The book is a fun easy read, simple characters and easy to follow.
