Hi,

I got to meet someone who watches my videos, yay! This was such a wholesome moment, he came up to me and asked, "Are you Kajal Gada?" and what followed was a fun and energetic conversation. I was genuinely happy to hear how he saw my videos when he was in India and it helped him through out his journey of applying for masters, making the most of his masters, going through internship and job search, etc.

And now here is what he taught me - your energy can be contagious. He was genuinely happy to see me and talk about how the videos helped him.

Networking in general is awkward and weird. Find an energy source and use that in your conversation. It can be passion, excitement, interest - anything that motivates you.

For example - if you are passionate about robotics, show that passion by talking about what you love in Robotics. If you are looking for an internship or job, talk about what you want to do as part of your internship or job, talk about what type of projects interest you. Even when you are introvert, you can tap into your energy of curiosity and let it radiate in your conversation.

This will help you with the most important aspect of networking - connecting with people. Even if they can't help you right now, they are likely to remember you and maybe even help you connect with someone else.

🏛️ Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum - located in Boston, MA, USA - this is indeed a unique museum. It looks like a multi-store house. There is no description or text, you just walk around and experience the art collected and curated in a certain way. It is over 100 years old. They also have a great audio tour which helped me examine some of the pieces.

🎶 Song - Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar by KK - it is awesome how music lets you convey emotions and at the same time, it takes you back to a place, time and memory of when you saw the movie or heard the music.
