❤️ Things I am enjoying right now

📖 The Mystery of Three Quarters - I have been reading Hercule Poirot novels for a while and got this one as a suggestion. It seemed a little different and then I realized it is not written by Agatha Christie but another author. This was such an interesting concept to me where a author work is expanded further.

📺 Explained - Sugar - Netflix has a docu series called Explained and I found this epsiode on Sugar to be eye opening. It is crazy how it affects human bodies. And on closer inspection of my food labels I became more aware of sugar in various foods I eat. I am hopeful to change my habits for better.
