Hi,

Progress is slow until you hit inflection point. As an example, you could be practicing leetcode everyday and it seems like you struggle with questions - be it taking long to figure things out or not remembering the format. The theory says you will reach a point when your progress trajectory starts going up - you will see exponential growth. In other words, you will build enough momentum to see more growth for similar efforts.

The thing is you don't know when you will reach that point - in a day, week, month, year or decade. That is the tough part, not knowing when you will finally see results. You have to keep at it and have some faith.
