📖 Book - Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry, Jean Greaves - I love how the book starts with you EQ is a skill and can be learned and improved over time. It is short book with small bite size chapters on strategies that will help improve EQ. As I read it more, it makes more sense.

📺 TV Show - The Good Doctor on Hulu - it is about an autistic person's journey as a surgeon. While the show is about how he interacts, reacts and learns communication, I found it relatable to conversations across people on various spectrum. It is a good show.
