21 things I wish I new at 21

Growing up comes with a lot of lessons. Many of which are rolled over as we keep moving through life. As we head into the end of the year, I thought I’d share a few that have been game chang

Unsure who needs to hear it but…

here are 21 things I wish I knew at 21 (currently 31):

1. Just let it go.

2. Cost $0 to be kind.

3. Sleep matters. A LOT.

4. Everyone is ‘figuring it out’.

5. Saying yes is also saying no.

6. Relationships are everything.

7. You can learn from everyone.

8. You can’t out train a bad diet.

9. Stop booing yourself off stage.

10. Haters envy something you have.

11. People aren’t thinking of you 24/7.

12. Laughing at yourself is the answer.

13. Ideas without action mean nothing.

14. Regret weighs more than discipline.

15. Your worst day is someone’s dream.

16. Everyone is doing the best they can.

17. Joy is found in pursuit, not achievement.

18. People meet your energy before they meet you.

19. Consistency beats intensity every day of the week.

20. Embarrass yourself, people won’t remember anyway.

21. People aren’t think of you, they are thinking of themselves.

Every year comes with new lessons.

But most never take time to look at them.

With 20 or so days left this year…
