Happy fall...I think!

Yep, I got the trilogy finished and uploaded. Due to a glitch on the part of me, the publishing schedule is all out of whack. Instead of scheduling Crucible for prerelease on September 10th as originally planned, I released it on Draft2Digital and put it on prerelease on Amazon.

Oops.

My bad. I moved up the prerelease date on Amazon and Crucible is now available. On the other hand, that just means you get to see the whole trilogy sooner!

Plus I figured out how to make Books2Read link work for the whole series, including Amazon distribution! Yay. Here's the trilogy link that you can use for any ebook vendor you like (and once I get Bookshop hammered into compliance, then the paperback version as well). Go here for that link.

Redemption is in prerelease mode, with its formal release date on September 10th. I will probably put Return on sale for October. The paperback versions are in process at Ingram, and if I can ever hammer Bookshop into submission they'll be available there as well. I need to enable Ingram direct links, too....

Anyway. That's it for the Martinieres. I'm working on a short story that is...kinda different. It's time travel using a Pacific Northwest historical figure. I've also figured out how I could make Dragon Tales of the Raven Alliance work, so I'll be developing that as a short novel (I already have about 12k words and extending that to 40k or so should not be a problem).

I've had a flare of creativity with writing blog posts/essays. I reluctantly returned to Substack to put them out, but you can also find them at my website and my Dreamwidth if you don't want to use Substack.

Meanwhile, fall is settling in here. We keep having half the week be summer and half the week being fall, but I think that the week ahead is the last manifestation of that annoying stuff. I'm ready. It's been too darn hot this summer.

Take care. And don't forget, if you are so inclined, please toss a coin into my Deprived Horses Cookie Fund on Ko-fi (they aren't really deprived but that's what they think!).
