I can't believe we're only 12 days away from the release of Confined with the CEO and the Bodyguard: Caitlyn. I'm excited to share a chapter with you on my website.

I chose this segment because it really gets to the heart of the conflict between the three characters. You’ll also hear from Caitlyn’s identical twin sister, Gwen, who plays an important role in the story.

The inspiration for Caitlyn's character came from a news article about Erin Andrews, the sportscaster who was stalked by a man and filmed in her hotel room (ick, awful). From there, I came up with an alpha-type boss who will do anything to protect her from further harm, no matter how much she hates his tactics. Ryan's character came easily--I needed someone to be neutral and laid-back to balance those two conflicting personalities. I hope you'll enjoy this enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity novella!
