Do you ever run into situations where a rental unit needs a mattress during a turnover or when a place needs to be furnished quickly?

I supply mattresses locally for a fraction of retail. Most are like-new customer trial returns from major brands that are professionally cleaned and sanitized, and I also have brand-new and boxed units available.

Some property managers and investors use them when they need beds quickly without paying full retail pricing.
