-Nebula Award Finalist-
“Though You Always Are,” a poem from Everything Endless by Linda D. Addison and Jamal Hodge has been named a finalist in the first ever poetry-related category for the Nebula Award! This is also the first RDSP-published work to be a Nebula finalist.
-*Starred Review*-
Gwendolyn Kiste's short story collection The Haunted Houses She Calls Her Own recently received a starred review by Library Journal. "VERDICT These 16 short stories exploring facets of womanhood and the trauma, rage, love, and triumph therein are punctuated with razor-sharp lines and cinematic flair, further cementing Kiste's status as a writer not to miss." Read the full review here.
-Intro by Peter Atkins-
Peter Atkins (writer of the screenplays for Hellraiser II, Hellraiser III, Hellraiser IV, and Wishmaster) just turned in the introduction to The Build-A-Monster Workshop, and it's a doozy! We loved every word of this rousing defense of Pedro Iniguez's horror poetry. Here's an excerpt:
Pedro Iniguez is a dynamo, and one who apparently refuses to recognize boundaries. He doesn’t have a lane, and he ain’t staying in it. He has written science fiction, fantasy, and horror. He has written novels, short stories, novellas, and children’s books. His output is both prodigious and critically acclaimed. He is also already a prizewinning poet (which is great news for you in case you were still hedging your bets)." Preorder now to get a discount.
