Challenge:

Using balloon twisting balloons, create an accessory of a movie or game character (eg. Thor's hammer, Sonic's rings, Mario & Luigi's hats). You will be judged on creativity, technique, and design. 1st: $50, 2nd: $25, 3rd: $15
