Balloon Challenge #5 - Balloon Submarine - will be ending Sunday, July 28 at 11:59pm!

Challenge:

Create a balloon submarine using balloon twisting balloons or round latex balloons. The ideal submarine will neither float, nor sink, but rather be suspended untethered in the middle of he water column. You will be judged on creativity, technique, design, and how well your design stays in the middle of the water column. Underwater video recommended. 1st: $50, 2nd: $25, 3rd: $15
