Pro Tips for Summer Balloon Twisting Opportunities

Depending on where you live, the schools near you may be finishing their semesters right around now! Usually end of school years are late-May to early-June. If you're looking for more opportunities to earn some summer cash with balloon twisting, reach out to your local elementary school administrators to offer your services! This could be a free service in order to pass your contact information along to parents, or you may be able to charge an hourly rate if they have an end-of-year festival or celebration. Many neighborhood HOAs will be hosting summer parties / swim-team events. Country clubs and restaurants will be scheduling events for Father's Day. Now is the time to reach out to your local community to offer your services!

Balloon decorators: high schoolers and college students will be graduating within the next month. Now is a great time to make a push on social media promoting your services. Don't forget to reach out to your local college/university event planners to offer your services for graduations and upcoming student orientations.

May is always a busy time for me with balloon decorating. I have relationships with many of the local colleges and provide balloon decor for their graduation events. My busiest week is a 5-day graduation event that earns me close to $10,000. If only I could have those weeks every week...

My Restaurant Balloon Twister team is staying busy with 10 restaurant shifts every week. We have 11 active balloon twisters. My goal is 40 weekly restaurant shifts by the end of 2026.
