I'm writing this with cramped fingers and an optimistic heart! I'm thrilled to announce the official launch of my my new brand, website, and offerings:

The evolution of my work has been nothing short of multi-passionate and as you can imagine, integrating my coaching, teaching and programming skills has to share "what I do now" is real!

However, I've learned time and again that the real magic of my work isn't about fitting neatly into a box, but offering a unique blend of expertise to help YOU thrive.

My new website absolutely reflects that. It's a streamlined, upgraded space designed to make it easier than ever to receive helpful content and connect with each other to make that magic together.

More than new colors and pictures, this launch represents a deeper commitment to my purpose: helping my people find their way, find themselves, and find joy.

I'm tired of the misinformation and fear mongering that exists in health and wellness. It's harmful and robs us of our agency to care effectively for ourselves and the one's we love. The content I create will always be grounded in research. This in combination with an understanding of how to share in a way that helps you feel like you've gained some insider's knowledge about yourself is my secret sauce.
