I decided that while From Asphalt was running for $.99, I wanted my other two to go on sale as well. And this is the week! All week, all three will be for sale for $.99

And if you're wondering if the third friend, Gretchen (the one who helps Macie find a dress in Gunpowder), is going to get a story, the answer is, "Heck, yeah." In fact, she's going to get a Christmas story. It's going to start on Kindle Vella soon. Will it be out on Kindle in time for a nice Christmas read? I hope so! But it will make a great January/winter book too. So you could give it for Christmas and it will still be fun to read. It's called From Snow and you'll be hearing more about it soon.
That book will tie off my Unlikely Heroes series. At least for this year... You never know when inspiration will strike again.
