Hello lovely email followers. I've done a little thing! Well, a couple of things.

First of all, for all the nonfiction fans, I've completed a collection of essays about my husband's years (23!) in EMS, first as an EMT, then as a paramedic. It's called Pulse: A Paramedic's Walk Along the Lines of Life and Death. That collection will be coming out very soon (end January, or early February). I'll keep you posted.

Secondly, I've gone and written my first ever women's fiction book. It's called From Ashes. Contemporary, a little romance, a little grief, a little redemption. It's got a firefighter as one of the main characters, and two different love stories (past and present) woven together. It's coming out under my first ever pen name, J.E. Pace (which some of you might notice is kind of a variation of my real name--and it's true--my original middle name was Elizabeth).
