It's April 29th, and if you're in Trinidad & Tobago, were all waking up to a new reality. Whether you voted or not, we're about the get a new government and you may be asking yourself many questions:
- Will my job survive this change in government?
- Do I have a fall back plan in case I have to look for new sources on income?
- Will the economy be strong enough to make it through to next 5 years?
These questions are all legitimate, serious and deserve some consideration. I asked myself these questions when I worked in government in 2010 and the exact thing happened when an election was called and the government changed. But 15 years later, though I'm working in government, I'm paying attention I'm not scared.
Why? Because I have been growing my brand and have created offers that I know can help my audience i.e. you love and find valuable. So even if there is a change in my employment, I've got a plan B in my back pocket.
