Greetings ,

Between 2019 and 2021, I'd picked up my camera sporadically. Most of it was life. If you've been on my mailing list for a while, you know I returned home to care for my parents in 2019.

After Dad's passing, I wasn't sure what was next, so I threw myself into podcasting. Podcasting is becoming some of the most important content that I'm creating in my career, so far.

Photography kept calling me back though, and every once in a while I'd pick up my camera to execute some task. It was never really a complete thought; something to do, but not a cohesive vision.

That changed when I was invited to participate in Art Stop 2. I knew that I'd be displaying a collection of works from my past, but I really did want to create something new. I had a willing model who was open to allowing me to see what would come out.

Explored Topics: Black queer people, Bodies, Intimacy. While there is no gratuitous nudity, there is nudity nonetheless.
