Here are our staff offensive game planning responsibilities by position:

Each position coach is responsible for a different aspect of the plan and we cannot stress enough the importance of speaking a common language throughout the program. Our offensive coaches and defensive coaches refer to players, coverages, blitzes, stunts, and concepts using the same language. This is one of our non-negotiables.
