Coach,

Our offensive philosophy is rooted in creating the illusion of complexity for opposing defenses. We want to create as many different looks to run our base stuff out of. This all starts with the delegation of roles among our staff when it comes to the game plan. 

Before we break anything down, we’ve got to break down the responsibilities and divvy up the plan. This starts by deciding what it is we’re looking for. The video below addresses what it is we're looking to cut up.

Every coach on the offensive staff has a job. Every coach has skin in the game plan. This allows the right amount of eyes on our opponent and for the opportunity for trusted voices to share what they’ve learned. See our staff responsibilities below.

The next step is deciphering what it is that our opponents have seen from us. Which window dressings are we going to use? How can we do what we’re best at and slow the defense down by making them think?
