As we head into March, our focus continues to center on the ways that we can use the off-season to organize the various systems that are at play within our programs. We've got plenty of content in the JMO catalog that addresses scheme which we think of as the "what" and we've got some great tools for you on the "how".


Installing Your Offense During Spring/Summer

  • This course covers the ins and outs of a 4-day install that repeats 3 times. Week 1 hits our base formations and calls, week 2 allows us to repeat and dress things up with tags, and week 3 allows us to get in some wrinkles.

Building Champions in the Off-Season: A 12-Month Plan for Success

  • It's been said that championships are won in the off-season. We believe that they are won over the course of all 12 calendar months. This course illustrates a month-by-month approach that includes off-season training, team building and competing, Spring ball, team camps, and in-season practice schedules.

Offensive Gameplanning: Scripting for Success

  • This course not only delves into the creation and analysis of the script but also articulates and illustrates the importance of breaking down and communicating clear responsibilities to the staff regarding the game-planning process.

Changing Speeds: A 3-Speed Approach to Tempo

  • Offensive tempo gives offensive coordinators more control. The off-season is a great time to discuss & implement your tempo plan. This course covers what we label Yellow, Green, and Red tempos and variations within.
