"Jaachi writes from the inside. Most of the poems, including 'Of Memories, Moments & Manhood', 'Ode To You, To Me, To All Of Us', 'Flowers For Mother', and 'Faces' are travelogues of a body that has walked different roads and has jostled itself into different clothes, all to become a “man” in a society fractured by physical strength and endurance as a determining factor to become.

"His play-on-words through the lines of these poems launches the collection into a type of poetry one will always come back to read again. The micro poems at the centre pages of the collection reflect the shape of everything beautiful even as we see in the outward appearance of a curvy lady. This also reveals more about how concise Jaachi can be with his writings, especially the daily puns we see on his Facebook timeline.

"'Rain', 'Goodbyes', & 'Voices', albeit brief, came in complete nostalgia. 30 is what turning 30 brings to the poetry space. Dear reader, let Jaachi lead you into these paths of discoveries, of love and sweet little nothings, of nostalgia, of man(woman)hood, and connection with your God." - Kalu Siza Amah
