, I trust you had a restful night sleep. I am sorry for my failure to write to you yesterday. I got so busy with the day's activities that I forgot to write you.


How was your Monday? Was it as hectic as mine?


Good morning, . Let's kick-start this thrilling Tuesday with the power of taking a step.


I was talking to my girlfriend last night about the need to take bold steps, pitch oneself for gigs, and blow one's trumpet of achievements and skills. She said something that really stuck with me: "Sometimes, the thing we need can only be achieved if we just take the step."


Prior to that, I'd asked her for suggestions for today's newsletters. I was lacking ideas at that moment and needed someone to 'hard-start' the engine of my mind. So, the instant those words reeled off her lips, my creative juices started flowing.


I thought about her words for a long time, , and I realized that she was right. So many times, we get stuck in our comfort zones and we're afraid to take risks. We worry about what other people will think, or we're afraid of failure. But the truth is, if we want to achieve anything in life, we have to be willing to take a step outside of our comfort zone.


This doesn't mean that we have to be reckless or impulsive, . It just means that we need to be willing to take calculated risks. We need to be willing to put ourselves out there and put our skills and talents to the test.


It's not always easy, but it's worth it. When we take a step, we open ourselves up to new possibilities. We might fail, but we might also succeed. And even if we don't succeed, we'll learn something from the experience.


So next time you're feeling stuck, , remember my girlfriend's words. I encourage you to take a step outside of your comfort zone. Take a risk. Put yourself out there. You never know what you might achieve.
